Cindy, our Founder:
Cindy Vaughn, BA, NDC, is the founder of Heritage Concierge Home Care and brings more than 20 years of experience supporting families through compassionate, high-quality care. As a longtime program owner and nationally recognized leader in caregiving and family-centered services, she has dedicated her career to creating nurturing, safe environments where individuals can thrive.
Cynthia has successfully owned and operated boutique caregiving programs for more than 17 years, including a nationally accredited program, and has spent over a decade coaching and mentoring other care providers across the country. Her leadership roles and national speaking engagements reflect her deep commitment to elevating caregiving standards and supporting families with dignity and respect.
She is passionate about helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life at home while providing families with trusted, personalized care.
